continuing recruitment is essential to find the very best patient-advocates for
our clients.
Some advocates are effective public speakers; others are more comfortable working
in small groups or in one-to-one settings. We carefully evaluate our advocate’s
interests and skill so that we can consistently match them with the needs of our
clients.
We employ a proprietary composite Advocate Scoring System to ensure that advocates
are consistently and effectively assessed and engaged in activities where their
stories will be most impactful.
We manage patient engagement through a system that helps ensure that all activities
are appropriate for the client, the intended audience and the volunteer advocate.
We ensure that privacy and regulatory issues, policies and procedures, training,
monitoring and documentation are addressed for each advocate and activity.
